About Me
Hello, My name is Logan Mannix and I am currently in my second year of teaching biology and earth science at Capital High School. Previously I taught 7-12 science at Granite High School in Philipsburg, MT. I graduated from Carroll College in 2008 with a major in Biology for Secondary Education and Minors in both Physics and Chemistry for Secondary Education. I completed my Masters in Science for Science Education this summer through Montana State University.
Outside the classroom I have too many interests and hobbies to keep track of. I grew up on a ranch in Helmville, MT. I love sports, especially football, basketball, and baseball, and played football for Carroll. I love Hunting, Fishing, Camping, and anything that gets me outside. I got married last year to my wonderful wife Kasey, and am looking forward to starting a family with her!
I am very passionate about education, and am always looking for ways to improve, so hopefully this website will be a step in the right direction! I look forward to seeing parents and students in the classrooom.
